Getting Set Up
After you create your account, Rao walks you through onboarding: confirm your business details, connect your first inquiry source, and send a test inquiry. The full setup typically takes a few minutes.
Connect Your Inquiry Sources
Point your website contact form, ad lead forms, or booking platform at Rao — or forward inquiry emails from Gmail or your business inbox. Once connected, every new inquiry flows directly to Rao and triggers an instant reply.
Send a Test Inquiry
From your dashboard, send a test inquiry to confirm Rao can receive, reply, and track the conversation end-to-end. The test runs against your real configuration so what you see is what real customers will experience.
How Follow-Ups Work
When a customer doesn't reply, Rao schedules spaced follow-ups automatically. The moment the customer responds — by email or reply — all pending follow-ups cancel and the conversation moves to your inbox for review.
